I had a great city break here! The location was super convenient-just a short walk from tram stops and the promenade. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I particularly loved the breakfast; there was such a variety, and I could even enjoy some vegetarian options!
The beds were a bit too soft for my taste, making it hard to get comfy. the bathroom had a large step that was somewhat tricky to navigate, especially at night. it was a lovely stay despite these little issues!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast choice.
The location was a good distance away from the town centre/piers; however taxis and trams were frequent which can get you where you need to be in no time.
